Haiwei Fastener manufactures high-strength nuts, bolts and threaded rods at a 15,000 m² plant in Ningbo, 40 minutes from Ningbo-Zhoushan port. Founded in 2008, we run 32 cold-forging and thread-rolling lines with an annual capacity of 8,000 tons, producing to ISO, DIN, ASTM, GB and EN standards in property classes 8 to 12.9. Every batch ships with mill certificates and full dimensional inspection reports. Our fasteners are used in structural steel, rail, wind power and machinery projects across 40+ countries in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Wire Rod Inspection
Mill certificate check and spectrographic analysis on every incoming coil.

Cold Forging
32 multi-station cold forging lines, M6 to M64.

Thread Rolling
Rolled threads to 6H/6g tolerance, 100% gauge checked.
- 04
Heat Treatment
Continuous mesh-belt furnaces, hardness verified per batch.

Surface Coating
Zinc, HDG or zinc-flake; salt-spray tested to 500 h.
- 06
Final Inspection
Dimensional and torque reports shipped with every batch.
